Ian Carter is Professor of Political Philosophy at the University of Pavia, Italy. His research interests include freedom, rights, distributive equality, and basic equality. His most recent work has appeared in the journals Australasian Journal of Philosophy, Social Philosophy and Policy, Ethical Theory and Moral Practice, Economics and Philosophy, and Notizie di Politeia.
Federica Liveriero
Federica Liveriero is Assistant professor in political philosophy at the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the University of Pavia. Liveriero main areas of interest are normative theories of justification; democratic theory and social epistemology. Her work has been published in Critical Review of International Social and Political Philosophy, Ethical Theory and Moral Practice, Philosophy and Social Criticism, Social Epistemology, The Journal of Ethics. Recently she published Relational Liberalism. Democratic Co-Authorship in a Pluralistic World (Springer Nature, 2023).
